Some guidelines on looking for a new place to live in.

A shelter is one of the important neccesities of the human being it is something that covers our self within and gives us protection. A place that you will feel comforatble with and feel safe and secured. In life there will be a time that you will need to live on your own; in finding the right apartment/a new place for you to live in there are several things that you need to consider; if you are really capable of living on your own? Can you provide the expenses thay may come like bills, grocery supplies, buying the furnitures that you want and of course make sure that you have a permanent job to pay for your apartment, how will you pay all of the expenses if you are not well compensated right?

• To plan ahead of time. These is the first thing you must do if you have intensions of looking for a new place, you need to plan it wisely. You must know your prerogative. The location must be accesible to all especially to your place of work and to the places that you need to go to, like supermarkets, banks, clinics, police station, etc. Or better yet make a wish list of the better location, a place that you can afford and a place wherein you may live comfortably. You must select it wisely, a place that is suited to your personality and your lifestyle.

• Be equip enough. Gather some informations about the place that you want to be living with. Try having some canvassing of the amount of the different apartments and try comparing them from one place to the other place. You must be budgetly wiser when it come to these kind of things; how is the payment process be like.. is it a monthly basis, or weekly basis, do they accept cash, checks or credit cards, some stuffs like that or maybe if they would accept advance payments or do they allow delayed payments. Is the place is well safe for you to live in; or it is easy access to any place of emergencies because that is one of the important things you need to consider.

• Make some personal check-ups. Try to schedule an apartment hunting tour, wherein you will personally go to different apartments to do some personal checkings of the place; is the place clean enough to live in, is it safe, well-ventilated, is there water and electricity supplies provided, how many rooms are available, is there a kitchen place, and of course comfort rooms, and check for any fire exits or some other things that you need to consider in checking.

• Meeting the landlords or the owners. If you finally meet them try to negotiate with them ask them some important details. Like the price of the said apartment to make sure if they are giving cheaper or expensive one, make sure that the price reasonable enough. Try to open up any suggestions or comments to the place.

• Make up your mind. After making your wish list and if your done with the touring of different apartments; make up your mind in choosing the right place that you admired of living with. If you come up with the decision already go ahead and feel free to live on your own and have fun decorating your place, and try living happily and peacefully. I surely know that you will love your new abode for you put some effort and your allotment just to have a better place for you to live.

So, what's in today?

I guess almost techno people are familiar with the social networking sites that are coming out like Friendster, Twitter, Myspace, Multiply etc... but the most popular and the world's largest social networking sites nowadays is the Facebook. I also have a facebook account (Mauicles Nale) and at present I have 1,178 friends and yes I also admit that I am an avid fan of the social networking games such us Cafe world, Nightclub City, Farmville and so on and so forth...

Pet Society is the first social game that i used to play on facebook, it's just that I easily got attracted by it's colorful theme because I am also a fan of dress-up games. This game is where you may decorate your own house, dress up your pet, collecting money so that you may afford to buys the things that you wanted to in your pet's house, buys thing for your pet and some outfits, you may also can play games and give gifts to your pet's neighbor.

Farm Town is an online farming game, wherein you will play as the role of a real farmer wherein you will plow, plant harvest your crops not only crops but you may also take care of the trees wherein you may harvest harvest it's fruits and take good care of the farm animals. You may also take a job to work on your neighbors farm and you may also

hire your neighbor to work on your farm wherein they may harvest and plow your own farm.

Farmville is same as farm town which is online farming, but i used to play this game for the cuter music background and even a cuter avatar. This real-time farming simulation game is what I used to play recently now. Wherein I may visit to my neighbor's farm to help them with their farm. The things that i love about is their process of building some establishments wherein you will ask for help to your friends to give the materials needed to complete the materials needed to build it perfectly.

Cafe World is the game wherein you will play as the businessmen owning your own cafe, you must be able to manage your cafe well.. you will play as the chef wherein you will prepare a dish that you will serve to your customers, you will also play as a designer wherein you are going to design your own cafe from the floors, walls, tables and chairs, its decorations etc... The target of this games of aiming higher levels wherein the higher levels that you reached is the more dish to be unlock. it is also important that you increase you buzz ratings by making your customers happy and satisfied; the more higher buzz ratings the more customers are coming in to your cafe.

Nightclub City is not that hard to play for in this game all you have to do is keep the cash flowing, make your customers happy and serve them drinks and by letting some celebrities to be in your bar. You will also design your own bar by providing cool and hippy dance floors an even more cooler DJ booths, bars etc... You may also choose your type of music that you wanted to play on your club.

These are some of the social networking games that I used to play on facebook. There are still lots of games that are installed for you just choose your own game that suits you..

Nature trippin' @ Epol

This activity was just last year...

We both love nature that's why my Tart arranged something nature tripping' adventure as our bonding that can satisfy our desires. We planned it last December 26, 2009 two weeks before his leaving Davao City to work in Visayas particularly in Kalibo Aklan. We just took his Fury (motorcycle) as a ride to be in Marilog District, Davao del Sur a 60 kilometers away from Davao City. It was a very long and tiring ride but paid off upon seeing the beautiful waterfalls of the Epol Mountain Resort. Upon arriving the place you will not automatically see the waterfalls there is just a little hiking to do, to be there. While we were still on a hike down to the said place i feel excited for not too far away you will hear the sound of the water falls and after a few minutes... Ohhh lalala the place was totally awesome you would really applaud God for making a beautiful creation.

The place is so solemn, when we got there you will find lots of old tall trees that surrounds the falls, big rocks wherein in the water flows and you will hear the birds chirping. When we got there is no other people except the two of us and when we finally found our spot i was so excited to be on the water falls to have a bathe without knowing that the water is so freezing cold ( as in cold as an ICE) grrrrrrrr.. but i don't mind it.. hehehe... although the water is so freezing cold and the water is not so deep we both still enjoyed it. We just stayed there for about an hour so that we could go home to Davao early to prevent any hassles on the streets.

This would definitely one of the nature's gift to us people we should take responsibilities of taking good care of our nature. Let us not ruin this natural attraction instead lets help make it even more natural and beautiful.

Boracay Island

I've heard about Boracay to some of my friends and some of my relatives all of them are describing it as a wonderful paradise. It is considered as one of the best tourist spots in Asia, wherein lots of foreigners are trying exploring the the Island of Boracay. I've only seen Boracay before on tv or some pictures that are shown in internet sites and I would say that the place is awesome and that is one of the reasons why am I craving to be on the said island paradise.

Upon having my vacation to Aklan that is one of our goals to visit Boracay Island, we were very excited because finally were gonna be on the magical island. And that was June 12, 2010, Saturday (Independence Day). We plan to go early, we leave Numancia at 6am and ride the GT express van all the way to Caticlan, it is approximately one hour away from Kalibo. Upon arriving to Caticlan, you will go directly to Cagban Jetty Port to pay for some expenses like passenger fee especially if you are not from Aklan you need to pay 50.Php. upon arriving to the said island we ride into a tricycle and it took almost 15-20 minutes to be in Boracay Yahoo! We already had our reservations a week before we are planning to go to bora and we went directly to our room to check-in.

When we are finally in Boracay and done checking-in to our room, we do some touring to the beach front, we toured all the way from station 3 to station 1. When we saw it's beach it is really a drop-jaw for all that i can say is Yehey! WOW!.. hehehe..lol. No matter how hard I try to exemplify Boracay i don't think i could give justice in describing it all I can say is that just try to visit the place for you to find out, but it is truly a magical place, powdery sand, crystal

clear blue water, serene landscapes, charming natives, delectable cuisines from all over the world, shopping at d' mall, vibrant nightlife, first-class and budget-friendly resorts, all kinds of water-sports so sad that we haven't try one, adventures for the thrill seekers.. there's something for everyone.

There are lots of foreigners that time, but almost 60% of the guest are Koreans, you will always hear Anyong Haseyo. When you already barge in to the beach all you can see are guest with their swim wears, two piece, trunks or even see-through dresses; everyone there especially the foreigners; some of them are having sunbathing top-naked and it doesn't matter anyway.

Boracay has lots of establishment that you may only find in the cities. There are lots of first class hotels, restaurants, they also have Starbucks which one that we tried, Yellowcab, Havaianas Store and lots of more when you enter their d' mall. During the Boracay nightlife there are lots of places that you may jive in, there are reggae music, acoustic bands and if you want to party hard you may go to their disco houses with some cool groovy sounds. you may also witness some of their lives shows like the amazing Poi Dance (fire dance). Our boracay exploration is well enough to meet our dreams and cravings to be on the place. And i would like to assure that it won't be our last, we would definitely be coming back especially now that we already had some ideas for the right expenses.

I am very much happy to visit the magical place, the Boracay Island one the the Philippines finest.

My precious moments...

While having my vacation in Kalibo, Aklan my Tart brought me to a place where we could really enjoy and unwind; the place named Sampaguita Gardens Resort located at New Washington, Aklan 30 minutes away from Kalibo that was last May 15. 2010 it's a Saturday night. Sampaguita Gardens Resort was built by Sam Butcher, the founder of Precious Moments, so you can imagine my delight when I saw Jojo's Christmas Cottage. It's entrance fee is only 50.Php and for that you can avail to tour around the whole resort, swimming pool, and enter the Jojo's Christmas Cottage.

At first our intentions of coming to the place is to have fun and relaxation at their swimming pool, but upon entering the place we were amazed of what we saw the Precious Moments characters were there i mean not real but its statues only.. hehehe... I feel like a child again to these angelic characters.

Sampaguita Gardens Resort's motif is Christmas everyday, upon entering the place you will really felt the Christmas moments, upon seeing Christmas trees, Christmas lights, Christmas songs wait till you go inside it's Jojo's Christmas Cottage.. it is such a wow! If you wanna feel the Christmas fever even if it's not in a month of December go visit this lovely place.

Our first activity at the resort is swimming in their big pool.. weeeeeeh... We also had our dinner at their Resto located inside the pool area. We had some super large Burgers and carbonara , some ice tea and a beer for tart. When we got bored, filled up and feel bloated of the things that we ordered we decided to have a stroll all over the place. Their pool area is available only at 10am -8pm.

There are more rooms available to visit there are showrooms wherein you need to pay additional 10.Php in order you can go upstairs where you will find Santa’s Attic, a workshop for a myriad collection of souvenir items, Christmas trinkets and other Christmas decorative items. Inside you will also discover the different languages on Christmas greeting because it is posted on their wall the different Christmas greetings; you will also different kind of Santa Claus; the white Christmas, Christmas table arrangements and more about Christmas.

My Toy Story Moment

Weeeeeeeeh.. For me the long wait is over because finally Toy Story 3 is now showing in cinemas.. When i first saw it's trailer, i was so excited to watch it with the kids: my nieces & nephews. And yesterday June 25, 2010 is our date with the kids to watch it over, together with ate Hannah, Onai with their mama Jazz and the very excited kiddo Brandon with her Momi, we watched it at NCCC Mall of Davao.

It is Onai and Brandon's first time to watch movie on a big screen, that why i'm a little bit worried if the kid would like entering the very dark, cold and a very superb sound effects inside the said room. Upon entering the cinema.. Brandon first saw Woody the cowboy and shouted "oops!.. patay!!" hehehe. (it is because i downloaded the Toy Story 3 PSP game and every time i play on my PSP I usually say "oops! oops! patay" every time i lose in a particular level. hehehe :D). Brandon face was very excited while Onai is crying huhuhu.. :( because she got scared of the very loud sound inside the cinema.

while watching the movie.. brandon's eyes are rolling very participative, laughs on a laugh trip moments, cheering woody and buzz on a very adventurous scene, while onai is hiding on her mama.. hahaha.. and in the middle of the movies Onai was sleeping zzzzzz.. hehehe...

As an adult, i was enjoying while watching the movie because the child-in-me has come to certainty again...hehehe.. I super love the movie and their one thing , i got teary eyed on the last part of the movie when Andy just gave all his special toys to a very special kid "bonnie". Even though it is a cartoon movie I still get affected.. weeeeeeeeh...
