lunch-out with Pop

It's a very sunny Wednesday... after my weekly check-up with my dokie me and my pop decided to eat our lunch at the mall so that we can also cool-down a little bit from the hotness and sunny atmosphere outside. We went to Gaisano Mall in bajada to look out where we could eat, we wanted less people to avoid long lines in the counter and more available seats of course, and we saw this place The Original Razon's.

Their Palabok Espesyal has different twist instead of using the usual thin noodles they used the more bigger and thicker noodles that's why I was a little bit intriguing. I kinda like it but not so, i prefer the traditional palabok that i am used of eating.

a night with my college friends

Our mini-reunion with my psych berks last September 10, 2011 only few of us were present that night because some were busy, but still we all had fun that night.

Since Chingkai our friend from Kidapawan City is planning to go to Davao City we automatically planned a get together of our friends since it's been a long since we haven't bond for a

quite a long time. The only Present were Me, Glenda, Flor, Chingkai, Dinah and Audrey.

Our first stop is at Abreeza Ayala Mall wherein we will meet up... waiting for others to arrived to. When we are all set, we go directly to our second stop wherein we will have our dinner @ Liza's Ihaw-Ihaw located at Times Beach. It is really a nice ambiance to eat here because you may choose a cottage near the beach wherein you may feel the air breeze from the beach.

Our next stop is Dessert Time...

Dinah treated us for dessert and that is DURIAN @ R.Magsaysay Park. Honestly I really hate durian because of it smell it's smells like hell for me that's one reason I don;t like eating the king of fruit and it's taste is not convincing... but that night while I am watching my friends eating and licking the fingers with durian I tried to eat a little seed of it, and i was surprised by it's taste, it convinced me try try some more... but i only had 1-2 seeds only (nagsawa rin).

And for our last stop @ Damosa Gateway in Lanang, because we all wanted to unwind and drink a little bit. We went to a resto bar and have some light drinks and listen to the stand-up comic of the said resto bar.

Picture with the very tall Daniella by night and Daniel by day. She/He is so funny. Hope we could come again to see her skits again.

Please don't kill the time it's already 2am here... we really had a great time together, hope we had a follow-up bonding together again because I'm gonna missed time like this again.

wavepool experience

Emars Wavepool Resort is the very first wave pool built in Mindanao specifically in Davao City last July 2010 located at Times Beach, Matina Aplaya. I heard so much positive feedback's about place that's why I also find interest to be at the place at the right time.

On the 29th of August of this year (2011) my nephew Brandon is celebrating his 3rd birthday and since the kid is a swimming addict the family decided to celebrate it to the place were the kid may swim and enjoy and we choose Emars Wavepool.

Yes, it's true the place is great, very solemn, it has nice cottages, nice security and the architectural art is very eye catching and it's wave pool... is so very kiddie i guess only kids may only appreciate the pool. Honestly, i am not really impress with the pool because it is so for the kids type. And i thought that its wave is constant but the wave only runs in every other 30 minutes time very disappointing. All in all is i will rate the place from 1-10 (10 is the highest) I would rate it to 7 only because i got bored with the place. (This is for my own opinion only)

The Entrance fee is 200.Php per head for adults and 150.Php for kids and free for kids below two years old. It's cottages had different ratings according to the number of pax. There is a corkage for foods tha you bring (200.Php all in all) and the beverages is per bottle. The wave pool opens from 7am to 10pm

But it was still a success celebration because the kids do enjoyed swimming and that was it's all about because it's a kiddie party anyway.

Brandon's 3rd birthday is held in Emars, with the Cars concept, we invited only close friends of the celebrant and family members. His chocolate cake is designed as Lighting McQueen.

during lunch mode after praying for the food that has been served we sang a Happy Birthday song for Brandon and his reaction was so blank.. we all wondered why... then bado says "Pangit ang birthday ni Dandon ha" we just all laughed when the lillte boy said that... akala nya kasi ang bday celebration nya is kain2 lng at swings sa mga swings sa place.. he totally got bored cguro sa place..

di pa kasi namin pinka-kita sa kanya ang pool.. its because for sure if he saw the wavepool.. mgwild na xa para maligo na (swimming daw)... waaaaaaaaah.. perte pa man sad inita... patulog sa nmo xa... and wen the celebrant woke up.. that's the time we show him the wavepool den ng swimming na xa... hahaha.. dli xa mahimutang... ang ngisi sa bata dili na matanggal sa iya face... adik kasi c bado sa swimming... kung i-measure cguro ang iya ngisi noh gikan cguro S.Korea to Whitehorse Yukon or maybe mas sobra pa hehehe... pghuman ky ngluya sa kakapoi.. KNOCKDOWN!!!

My 1st day of Ber month...

*Today is my parents 3oth anniversary.. (Sept. 01) i luv them both.

Early this afternoon i decided to take my CBC lab because this past few days my fever keeps on-and-off. Because I am afraid if i might catched Dengue which is very common nowadays.

This is my CBC result, I took my lab @ Vital Lab in Bajada wherein my sister Joyce works, at nakalibre pa ako at kuha agad ang results.. yepee... Thanks to you my dear sissy..

After i got the results i decided to go to Gaisano Mall because i am craving for something spicy and i decided that i wanted to eat Majid's Persian Kabab @ Spazio. And would you believed i order two plates of kabab, so i think i am really really starving or hungry??

Both are spicy and paired with a medium size ice tea.. "Busog-Lusog". After being filled to those that i eat i go through an walked a window shopping experience at the mall. hehehe... Then I went to the grocery department to buys some foods and saw an interesting magazine in counter stalls the K Magazine of Kris Aquino.

Harry Potter moments...

Harry Potter movie series is one of the movies that I am looking for and can't afford to fail watching it. Experienced watching it with my family and friends and sometimes ALONE... This this the kind of movie that i keep the track of, because I am easily get attached to its characters. I am not really of fan of reading books and not a also a fan of J.K. Rowling but I kinda like this Potter series that he wrote. I didn't get a chance to read all of the books but some only.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001)

I was still in my 1st yr college this time, watched it together with my dear friends Irene Solamo and Fe Badayos. Iwas so happy to learn more about Harry and the rest of his friends and I also wanted to get enrolled to Hogwarts School of Wizard.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002)

Watched it together with my friends again.. This is where I've known the ugly elf "Toby" hehehe... I can also remember that i downloaded its game on pc and I love playing it especially when I am doin' some spells..

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)

This is the film that the character shows that they really grow-up so fast. discovered about the prisoner Sirius Black used to be Harry Potter's Godfather and will become his great companion. Watched it with my dear friend Irene.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005)

This is my most favorite Potter movies ever, because in this film you'll seethe compition of different school of withcraft compete and Harry was the one chosen to represent the Hogwarts School. This is also the Film where Robert Pattinson died (Edward Cullen of Twilight). watched it with someone i don't wanna remember.. hehehe... (trivia: anyway ako man nglibre sa iya a2)

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)

This is the film wherein Harry and the rest of his friends made an allied group called Dumbledore's Army wherein they are in this special room where they are training the rest of them some of the spells. This is where Luna Lovegood came out and the very strict professor Dolores Umbridge.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009)

This is the film where in many dark secrets where revealed. Dumbledore is training Harry secretly ad preparing him for the final battle against Lord Voldemort . Harry also had the book of the half-blood prince wherein it changed his personality a bit. It is also the saddest movie ever wherein Professor Dumbledore died. Watched it with my good friend Kim Monton, our first movie date.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:Part 1 (2010)

This is the ultimate battle with Voldemort as he claims the Harry is "the boy who lived". One of the greatest battle of Harry. The chosen one (harry) was being haunted by all of Voldemort's followers to the Dark Lord and he wanted to give Harry Alive!! for him to be personally kill the boy. Watched it with my dear sister Joyce.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:Part 2 (2011)

It all Ends here... as they say.

This is also the time wherein Vodemort thought that he already defeated Harry, Wherein everyone thought that Harry Potter died but it's not. His friends help him to destroy every thing that connects to Voldemort's immortality. Many of the Hogwart's school people died and the school is in total wracked . This is also the time when i discovered the Snapes is deeply inlove to Lily (Harry's mom) the moment he died when Harry have some of his tears and watched over his memories. They are trying everything to kill the snake but with a long surprised it was Neville Longbottom is the one who will killed the snake. But it's all well and it ends well. I'm gonna missed it.. but I'd enjoyed every movie of it. Watched it alone...
